Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a calming guided meditation led by Mariana Lopes, mindfulness coach. This meditation will focus on relaxation, self-compassion, or a specific theme designed to enhance your well-being.
Discussion and Comments: Following the meditation, we'll open the floor for a discussion and comments segment. Share your experiences, insights, or questions with the group. It's an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your practice.
